2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on dk4000. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Personal Use. The platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use the platform on behalf of a third party, act as an agent for another person in placing bets or wagers, or allow any other individual to access the platform through your account.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an account, you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. 3.2 Account Verification (KYC). dk4000 is required to verify the identity of its members prior to approving withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months; and proof of ownership of any payment method used to make deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dk4000 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests for account closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
4.1 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dk4000 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly through the platform interface.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction on the platform.
4.3 Payment Methods. dk4000 currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. dk4000 reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day from the date of submission, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. dk4000 targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal amounts via bKash and Nagad; however, processing times may extend for larger amounts or where additional verification is required. dk4000 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals via Bangladeshi mobile financial services channels, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
4.5 Source of Funds. For withdrawals or cumulative deposit amounts exceeding thresholds determined at dk4000's discretion, the platform reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and is applied without prejudice to any individual player.
4.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. As a general principle, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. dk4000 reserves the right to require that funds be returned to the original source before alternative withdrawal channels are approved.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dk4000 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and game restrictions as specified in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
5.3 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through new accounts or alternative payment methods will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

6.1 Game Providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface. 6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or telecommunications failure during a game or sporting event, dk4000 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. 6.3 Sports Betting. In the event of a result dispute or data-feed error, dk4000's decision on the settlement of bets shall be final.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. dk4000 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per player. Applicable limits will be communicated via the platform. Winnings exceeding stated limits may be adjusted at dk4000's discretion.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk4000 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

10.2 dk4000 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 dk4000 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, responsible gaming compliance, and promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. dk4000 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
12.1 dk4000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 13.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact dk4000's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal dispute process.
13.3 dk4000's decision on the outcome of any bet, game result, or account-related matter — once reviewed by the relevant internal team — shall be treated as final in the absence of demonstrable technical error on the platform's part.
